I reached out to Tax Group Center in 2020 to negotiate some Rex debt with the IRS, they collected 10K from me. After collection of payment, I stopped hearing from them. I filed a complaint 1 year ago, they reached out and promised to rectify the issue. Then never heard from them again. This has been the worst service to have ever received, I feel that I have been conned. I would like to either complete the job, or get a refund that would have been better to put towards the irs dept.

Tax Group is a complete fraud. They collected handsome fees up front ($ 5000). That was years ago and since then I have not received anything. I have asked them to let me know what progress if any they have made. I have asked them to forward any communication on my behalf. But they simply have not done anything. This is a total scam... Last time when I put negative comment I got a phone call and guy promised to look into my case and inform me.
First request for update - Nov 5, 2021. Second request by email Nov 16, 2021. Third request by phone call in Dec 2021. Fourth request Feb 3, 2022. Fifth Request Feb 7, 2022. Sixth request March 2022. Seventh Request April 20, 2022. Eighth request July 11, 2023. Now IRS has outsourced to collection agency and I am yet to know what if anything has been done. By the way you should be updating the customers every month as to what has happened. They need not be asking for up-date.. that is if you want to provide good customer service.

Tax Group Center is a complete scam. They charged me for a fee before any work started. When I had second thoughts about the service and requested a refund, they just pulled me along via email saying it's being looked at. Even their customer service guy said I should be getting a refund. That never happened, throughout the 6months this been going on, I had intermittently follow up on my case. The response was always the same. Such a scam of a business.

I paid $2000 to Tax Group Center in 2020. First off the representative lied to me on the phone about the process, to where I told Tax Group they better listen to that phone call because the rep told me I wouldn't have to pay a dime after the process. Then they assign a Lawyer to my account. The lawyer is Edward **. He did NOTHING to help to where I had them assign a different lawyer to my case. Then I was assigned Evan **. Evan ** obviously doesn't know how to be a professional because the only time I talked with him was to have my sign the power of attorney papers. He never did anything with the IRS.
Now it's Feb 2022, the IRS still says I owe over $10k and nothing has been done on my behalf. I have asked for a refund since early December 2022 and have been getting the run around. Tax Group Center deserves to be out of business. I would hate to see anyone pay what I paid and get no help. Horrible company to deal with. Liars, and cheats. That is all they are.

I feel so blessed because I found this Tax Group Center,, They saved me 100k and really I thought my life was over for good.. After college I really did not know how to balance my finances and found myself in a lot of trouble for not filing my taxes for 5 years. At the time, before covid, I was making pretty good money. I started receiving notices that I owed almost 100k and I freaked out.
I searched online and out of desperation I called. They calmed me down and explained that since I didn't file the IRS filed returns for me with no deductions. They said if they do my unfiled returns to start they can reduce the debt and then resolve the balance. Well they walked me right through it and lord almighty guided me to them as and after the return and settlement they got me I only paid under $1000. I am reborn, I am only leaving this message so if I can just help one person's life it was worth my time writing this. If you are in need of tax help call them asap...thank you Gorsin and Nancy for all your help!

My situation was out of hand. Felt for many years helpless and defeated like I would never have a normal life again. I found Tax Group Center searching online for someone to help, saw some really great reviews, sounded like my exact situation so I called them. So glad I did. I did not even know the extent of my troubles. It took a day for them to investigate and know the whole situation. Then they provided me the strategy to get missing returns done so we could get me all caught up. That took a few weeks at the same time they started working on collecting financial documents so they could resolve my case once the returns were completed.
Anyway they held my hand the whole way through. I am writing this about 10 months into the process so since everything is resolved and my results are far better than I ever could have dreamed I wanted to let people know how amazing this company is. They saved my life, I finally feel human again. I am happy to refer anyone I know to work with Tax Group Center that has Tax return and tax debt issues they will fix you!!
