    Purchased a Repair Assist Plus Warranty as offered. The guy on the phone told me its a new product and showed its similarity with one of their plans except few items are not included. I asked for the coverage details and he said it will be sent in the handbook together with members ID which both arrived almost after 3 weeks. But there's no coverage details in the handbook. So I rang, sent messages both email & SMS but no reply. The handbook has a Drive America on the front for the Repair Assist Program but the service contract from Premier Auto Protect is issued by Omega. Until now, there is no reply after repeated communication attempts. I could not understand this company has been given a positive reviews but in reality it seems like they are non-existent at all as their communication/customer service is very poor. I can not recommend this product and hence, Premier Auto Protect.

    I would STRONGLY suggest to not purchase any warranty through this company they have not helped me at all. I bought a 2017, Volvo XC 90 and the turbo was about to go out in my car and that has to do with the engine and I called and asked them if was under the warranty. The person I spoke with said yes, so I took it the Volvo dealership. I called them when it was time to do the repairs and they told me “they would only pay 74/25 percent of the cost of repairs IF they feel like it!” WHO DOES THAT?? This warranty is a rip off an extreme headache. I’m paying a chunk of money every month for you guys to cover a certain percentage?! NO! There should be a set deductible and call it a day, but no you guys are scamming people out of their money. Beware please.

      I purchased a 2015 Expedition 107,000 miles very clean and well kept. I searched for an ext. warranty plan better than the one the used car dealer was selling. I thought I had found it with Premier Auto Protect. They were the only one I could find that would sell an Exclusionary Policy, which I purchased. I added the emissions and tech coverage at extra cost as well. They said I would have a 30 day and 1000 mile waiting period before it would be covered. I Purchased the warranty on 8/16/2023. On Saturday, September 23, 2023, with 1,078 miles since purchase of warranty, the truck’s front end suddenly started acting strange. We thought it was a tire off balance or something like it. Went to Fort Worth Auto Garage and left it for them to diagnose.

      They called on Monday and said it was the 4x4 actuator and drive shafts. These are stated individually covered items under the policy I bought. Premier Auto Protect has denied the claim stating they were worn over time. How would I/they know if nothing before that day indicated a problem? These are not wearable items, which they will tell you in sales at this company, are the only things not covered after 30 days and 1000 miles. In the “what’s not covered” portion of the policy it states it will not cover the GRADUAL REDUCTION IN COMPONENT PERFORMANCE THROUGH NORMAL (NORMAL) OR EXCESSIVE USAGE. Most components could be described as having gradual reduction in performance.

      The components FAILED and should be covered. I believed this was the protection I was purchasing, as I was told by the salesman who sold it to me. The people in sales are great, as the reviews on here show. The claims manager is not. I was hung up on twice for questioning and trying to understand how the policy I purchased actually works. So if it just suddenly goes out, but it’s been used, EVEN NORMALLY, they aren’t going to cover it. This clause will allow them to deny anything at anytime in my opinion, so the policy is worthless.

      We took a trip to Arkansas in April 2023 prior to our trip we had a water pump leak that cost us 3 hundred dollars out of our pocket. While on the trip we experienced a wheel bearing failure that cost us 8 hundred dollars for a tow. Then an additional 3 thousand dollars in should have been covered multiple parts that Premier would not cover unless a representative inspected the damage. Even after Midas had sent pictures of damaged parts. Stay away from this company and maybe others. Can't be diligent enough not to be taken. Just read reviews!

      To start, I was told when I got a hold of Customer Service that I didn't have the right acc. # and was told to call back the following week. I did have the right acc. #, so apparently he just didn't want to deal with me at that time. When I did get through to another #, they took my information and would give a call back. On the call back, there was no one on the line. This happened to the garage as well. Finally I was informed I could go to a website to fill out an application. After that it was at least a week of back and forth with garage before they came to an agreement. They did not believe I needed a water pump as well. What they did agree to pay, I am still waiting on that.

      I bought my truck in December. I purchased this extended warranty 30 days after my purchase. I took my truck to Ford after my check engine light came on in April. My vehicle has been at Ford waiting for the claim adjuster to make a decision since the beginning of April. I have been calling for the past two weeks and I have been hung up on or given a blanket statement that they will send a message to the adjuster. It is May 2 and I am still waiting for them to approve my claim. So far this experience is horrible and frustrating. The rental car they promised is not approved until after the claim is approved so I have had no car for over a month and still no decision.

      I purchased my warranty with this Company in 2022. Last week was my 1st time having to use it. I called Premier prior to taking my vehicle to the repair shop, and stayed on hold for about an hour before the phone hung up. A rep called me back and I told him that I was needing to have my vehicle looked at by a repair facility and what I needed to do on my end. So the rep told me to take it to a licensed repair facility and have the repair facility call them. I took my vehicle to the repair facility on 4/19/23, the repair itself wasn’t going to take too long. I called the repair facility on 4/21/23 to get an update and the repair man said that he’s been waiting 2 days to get authorization from Premier to start on my vehicle. He stated that he’s called and emailed them numerous times since my vehicle has been in the shop.

      It’s Tuesday, I called the repair facility today to get an update and was told that he’s still waiting to hear from Premier about the authorizations and payments. He also said that Premier asked for pics for the 2nd claim on Friday and he sent those the same day. Here it is still no response from Premier and I’m still without a vehicle. This is just UNACCEPTABLE. I’ve paid on time every single month since having this warranty and I cannot get an authorization from these people!!

      I WILL NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY. In fact, I’M GOING TO CANCEL THIS WARRANTY AND SEEK LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING THIS SITUATION. As I’m writing this review, I’m on hold with Premier right now and have been on hold for more than 30 minutes and haven’t talked with anyone yet!! Premier, YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!! I’m heading to the repair facility now and I’m probably just going to have to pay the cost for the repairs because I have to have my vehicle so that I can get to several doctor appointments that I gave this week and next week, plus take my son back and forth to school because I’ve been paying a family member to take him ever since my vehicle has been in the repair facility.

      Purchased the top auto warrant Premier offers. The first time I've used it and my 2017 GMC Yukon (70000 miles) has been in an top-rated ASE certified shop for four days for a failed starter motor. This repair should have taken 2 hours including testing. My vehicle has been at the shop for four days now! Premier keeps telling the shop to perform more test, when they jumped through all their hoops for the testing, then they want time to review the test findings? The next day the shop tries to get approval AGAIN, and after a full day, Premier now wants a picture of the starter in the vehicle????

      My vehicle has now been in and out of the shop, and up and down off the lift 3 different times for these different request. Remember that shops are busy, they can't tie up a bay and lift for days waiting on an approval, so it's back out to the parking lot to wait for the approval. Meanwhile my favorite shop is saying, all this time and effort for a $350. starter job??? The electrical test verified the starter was bad, what does a picture of a starter do for the process? and why wasn't the picture asked for with the testing process.

      We feel like this run-around process is done to deter you from using the warranty. What it's going to result in is my canceling the warranty. SO, if you buy the warranty... do like I did and choose the monthly payment plan. I could have paid it in full, but then if you cancel you have to fight to get the full refund. Now, I'll cancel and just stop the credit card withdrawal. GOOD LUCK!
