Ox Car Care quotes are free and available online. To obtain a quote, supply vehicle year, make and model and basic contact information. Quotes include personalized coverage and multiple plan options. After you choose a plan, a mandatory 30-day and 1,000-mile elimination period occurs. Once the elimination period is fulfilled, your coverage will begin.

In the event of a breakdown or mechanical failure, call roadside assistance for towing help or take your vehicle to any ASE-certified mechanic. Once at a shop, present your Ox Car Care ID card, and the mechanic shop will call the claims department. Covered claims are paid directly to the shop, with the exception of the deductible. There are exclusions, so be sure to read your contract carefully. Sample contracts may be viewed on the company website. Maximum coverage amount per claim is $7,500 or the cash value of the car, whichever is less.
