I can not thank them enough for the service they have offered even though this was a last minute job. They make sure everything is put into the place with utmost care. They even help us with our internal move that was not included in the move and do not even charge for them extra. No hidden cost. They did more than they promised. I am extremely happy with the service they provided.

I would like to Start By saying At first I was extremely apprehensive Just because I heard some Negative things about moving companies, and was very nervous. From, The first Phone call when I spoke to My Moving Specialist I was made to feel Comfortable and She said she "Free Educated" at this Company. Not only did she Go over details and was extremely patient with me but she was Also Through and Through Detail Ordinated. (Meadow). Most Moving companies I talk to were Just giving me prices and Being pushy. (Meadow) made sure I was well informed. Secondly, I was provided with Multiple Point of contact numbers. Which I called A lot. They answered every time. Third, I got a bit scared the day before the move but was reassured everything was right on schedule and felt put at ease.

I wanted to come write a review for my move FL to PA. I hired these guys to come out and load my storage unit in Florida. So because I was already in PA everything had deadlines and timeframes. I flew into Daytona beach airport and the driver even called to make sure my flight was one time. I met the driver at my storage unit and they pulled up 5 mins later. They wrapped all my furniture with blue blankets and takes up my boxed a little better for me. They finished everything in like 2 hours and they left. These guys work hard to make sure my stuff didn’t get scratched up. They packed the tuck so well.

I did an estimate online and Bronze Star Moving & Storage Inc. gave me a phone call within a few hours and gave me a good price. So, I scheduled over the phone. It was easy. And they were good with communicating what the next steps in the process were. The crew came in, did their job, left. It was simple. When they picked up my stuff, they did a good job packing it up, making sure that everything was protected and would not be damaged. They wrapped with blankets, which was great. It was quick. I would recommend Bronze Star to anybody who needs a moving company.

They worked with me and understood my needs. The team took their time but worked efficiently to get the job done within the time frame. Wrapped my things for extra protection and loaded and unloaded with care. Very much worth it!

I will caution anyone who chooses to deal with this company to do so with grave caution. Take your time and listen very carefully to what is being asked of you and conveyed in turn. My having years of experience in buying these services for both private and government entities, I fully understand the process from inception through claims. Do not be conned by offers of special savings for belonging to different groups or memberships as it's all a ruse to gain your confidence under false pretenses.

Under challenging circumstances, the team performed admirably. They arrived punctually, handled the packing efficiently, and most of our belongings arrived in good condition. The team's leaders were pleasant to deal with and responsive. Overall, the situation went as smoothly as possible, earning them a 5-star rating.

This company’s myriad of moving options and incredibly impressive price rates sealed the deal for me. Other than that, I’d heard great things too. My experience with them was in accordance with what people raved about them. It will definitely be my preferred choice when I move again!

The men that came over today were clearly knowledgeable in their industry. It's always a pleasant surprise when the movers you hire show up on time, pack carefully, and are kind and upbeat, despite the fact that moving is a stressful event.
