Our salesman, John, was very informative and made sure we understood every aspect of purchase of the solar panels as well as helping us pick the best package available. The installation group was exceptionally professional and quick on installing the panels. They also cleaned up the inside and outside where there was anything that needed to be picked up or wiped off. They checked with us when they got there as well as when they left. They also took the time to review what they installed and how we could monitor each panel on an app. Exceptional group of people. We will highly recommend Blue Raven to our friends and relatives.

The Blue Raven representative answered all my questions and took my doubts out of installing solar power to my house on his presentation. He explained everything in detail on how the whole process was going to be like. Everything ran smoothly through the preparation phase with my HOA and the city. Once everything was complete and I received approval from my HOA, Blue Raven scheduled the installation portion of the project. Due to the adverse weather, they were not able to come out until the following day. It took two-days to complete the installation. Eric and his crew were very professional and answered all my questions. They cleaned up all trash around my residence at the end of each work day. Now, just waiting for the electron on Monday to ensure things are running to standard and for the city to inspect the work.

Bit of a long process due to some extra work that needed to be done in my situation, but overall it was great. The install itself was very quick and everyone was very friendly and communicative. Would recommend this company. The incentive program is Also very good, as is the tax credit you receive.

Honest review is, installation was scheduled. Received a call the Friday before a Wednesday installation saying the installation team had a commitment that couldn't be moved and that would force our installation to shift out to the following Friday. Seemed as if the prior commitment was more important than our previously scheduled install. That was annoying and concerning both at the same time.

BRS thus far has been great to work with. Their design and permit applications went quickly, and most of the waiting has been for the power company or the AHJ. Once we received approvals, they were quick to get me on their schedule within a couple of weeks. The morning of the install the crew arrived 30 mins early and got started quickly. Within 5 hours I had a complete new solar system installed and commissioned and ready for final inspection. I was blown away by how well Levi led his crew and how Kyle and Andy worked quickly and professionally to get it done quickly and get it done right.

Blue Raven for solar panels. While there was a delay with HOA, everything ran smoothly. All the crew was great: they worked hard, they were competent, friendly, and very professional. I believe that the attitude of the workers is a reflection of management and I conclude that things are running well up top. The product is excellent and I am very pleased.

The Blue Raven crew was super nice to work with - from sales personnel to installation crew. The installers were so personable, knowledgeable, considerate and neat! It was encouraging to me that the guys I talked to the most also used solar panels on their homes. They answered all my questions. We are really looking forward to using solar energy to reduce our energy bills.

Our installation of 43 solar panels was excellent! The crew was on time every morning, finished the job in the 3 day timeframe that was expected, and everyone was very courteous and respectful. The electrician gave me a thorough rundown of the system when everything was completed and they left the job site spotless! I highly recommend Blue Raven Solar!

It was an awesome experience! They did a great job and worked hard to make sure everything was just right for the installation. From beginning to end, they were super friendly, easy to work with, and worked efficiently throughout the process to get our panels up and going way sooner than we thought we’d get them! All of the guys on the crew were super respectful and easy going, but they knew how to get things DONE! Easily one of the best crews I’ve ever done business with.

The crew that did my install was fantastic. They were friendly and polite and definitely knew what they were doing. They completed a two day job in one for my install! I watched them during the job on my house and they were very good with their team work. Especially the electrician, he was very creative in designing the placement of the box and running all the electric lines almost like they're not there. He made a point of getting me involved, also with positioning the solar panels on my roof which they ended up changing.
